Setup volsync backups for services #457

I decided on volsync for backups! Volumes are backuped to a local minio instance, and Backblaze B2. Backups happen daily and are retained for 7 days. I was able to setup backups for Dendrite and migrate from hostpath to the PVC with pv-migrate.
I migrated Radarr and Sonarr to postgresql from sqlite, so they do not need backups. I will do the same thing for other *arr software that supports postgres.
