Update build version to flag a dirty working copy When building with a dirty working copy, that should be made clear in the build version. Add support for versioning When building znc-push with the makefile, it will modify the PUSHVERSION define with version info from `git describe`, build the module, and then reset PUSHVERSION back to "dev". When building directly from znc-buildmod, this will ensure the version is always just "dev". Initial commit, any command triggers HTTP POST Currently the plugin waits for any command to be sent to *notifo, at which point it triggers a canned HTTP request to a test URL.
